These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NPConnect telehealth platform and mobile application (the "Services") operated by Michael D Griffin, APRN, LLC ("NPConnect," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Telehealth Services

The Services provide remote healthcare consultations with a licensed nurse practitioner. Telehealth services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Patient Responsibilities

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete medical and personal information.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
• Attend scheduled appointments or cancel with reasonable notice.
• Follow the treatment plan and instructions provided by your practitioner.
• Inform us promptly of any changes to your health or contact information.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointment availability is shown within the Services and is subject to change. Payments for services are processed at the time of booking. Cancellation and refund policies are presented during the booking process and may vary by service.

5. Payments

You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you select. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the services rendered.

6. No Warranty of Outcomes

Healthcare outcomes vary by individual. The Services do not guarantee any specific diagnosis, treatment result, or cure. Medical advice provided through the Services is general in nature and does not replace an in-person evaluation when clinically indicated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by NPConnect and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NPConnect and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NPConnect and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Privacy

Our handling of your personal and health information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
